Membership Officer

**Responsibilities**: Build and maintain relationships with assigned member client associations, including arranging and attending visits and televisits and ensuring that services are being utilised. Tasks will also include: - Maintaining regular contact and building relationships with up to 200 assigned members, including ensuring contact every 6 months - Ensuring assigned members are aware of current promotions, services and events - Increasing member attendance at events and boosting registration sales - Implementing membership renewal process (sending renewal invoices, chasing overdue invoices) - Increasing member participation at events including scouting potential speakers - Seeking testimonials from members - Upselling memberships and extra services for existing members - Responding promptly to member and prospect queries - Implementing member retention and recruitment strategies - Assisting at member events and annual conferences - Overseeing member services as required (e.g. Surveys) - General membership and business administration - Maintaining database records - Has excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Has a Bachelor degree or higher - Is self-motivated and solution-focused with great attention to detail - Is able to establish priorities, manage time, adapt to change, and work collaboratively with others - Is fluent in English - Enjoys working in a close-knit team Full training will be provided. Our mission is "Bringing associations together to boost performance". Further details This is an ongoing casual role with standard work hours equating to 4 days per week. All equipment will be provided. Our office is located in Artarmon on Sydney's North Shore, close to Artarmon train station.
