**The role**:
You will be delivering a range of effective administrative tasks to support the renewal of leases for this organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, renew, negotiate and manage leases, licences and other property transactions
- Undertake necessary research to facilitate the preparation of reports, documents, and business cases
- Other administrative duties as required

**Experience and skills**:

- Previous experience in property administration, property management or lease renewal is essential
- Highly proficient in navigating different systems
- Outstanding administration and communication skills
