**What this opportunity involves**:
As the National Lease Administrator, you will oversee the back-end administration of leases across the property portfolio of our client, a national financial institution.
With your keen attention to detail and data accuracy skills, you will ensure database accuracy in accordance with various lease agreements, working closely with the wider property team including Property Managers and Paralegals.

**An Overview of the role**:
Invoice management including the reconciliation of accounts, processing of outgoings and ad-hoc payments
Reconciliations of outgoings wash ups and budgets
Assist in forecasting, accruals process and provision of financial data to stakeholders
Verify accuracy of rent reviews
Review and validate monthly rent roll variances and report on changes
Maintain various trackers ensuring the timely update of relevant information and manage critical action
Assist Property Managers in ensuring vendor and landlord details are maintained and governance documents are verified

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, Property Law or at least a year of relevant work experience
Superior attention to detail and high-quality standards will be imperative for success in this role
Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage data accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound computer skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
Able to work autonomously and within a team environment
Financial acumen
Prioritisation of workflow within operational deadlines
Client centric
