Leading the Property and Leasing Team, the role is responsible for a range of property activities including commercial and community leasing, road discontinuances, strategic portfolio planning and the delivery of complex property transactions. This position will require a hands-on management style to identify and implement improvements, lead complex commercial negotiations, mitigate risks and drive value from the portfolio.

Working under the guidance of the Director City Property, this position requires the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy. There is frequent requirement to liaise with all levels of Council and a myriad of stakeholders ensuring corporate objectives are met whilst both managing expectations and negotiating suitable outcomes.
