We are proud to introduce Eastbourne Professional Health Suites and Victorian Counselling & Psychological Services (inc Psychiatry) (VCPS), leaders in providing outstanding facilities and services to health practitioners. With premises in East Melbourne, we offer 50 consulting rooms, common facilities, group events, and medical administration services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a key member of our team, you will oversee a portfolio of co-working medical tenancies and a few residential properties. Your primary goal will be to maximize occupancy and returns while minimizing turnover.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and implementing effective leasing strategies, marketing, and promotions.
- Managing inquiries and maintaining records using our CRM system.
- Conducting property tours with prospective medical and allied practitioner tenants.
- Overseeing lease management and administration.
- Planning and executing costed capital renovations.
- Preparing budgets, strategic plans, and property reports.
- Maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants.
- Ensuring timely rental payments are received and managing arrears.
- Facilitating leasing of vacant premises and co-working spaces.
- Coordinating facilities management, including cleaning contracts and property repairs.
- Performing light maintenance duties and engaging contractors for more extensive work.

**REQUIREMENTS**

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of five years of experience as a Leasing Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in light maintenance tasks, including picture hanging and furniture moving.
- Coordinate tradespersons and other maintenance activities.
- Excellent customer service and a sales-focused attitude.
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft 365 and CRMs such as Atlassian Confluence for the management of contacts and task management.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
