**About the Role**

Working in conjunction with the Planning & Projects Manager to provide commercial and reporting support to Supply Chain, IT and Sourcing Functions. Collaborating with the relevant team members and providing analysis on commercial matters and help to achieve relevant budgets and KPIs.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Delivery of end of month reporting and commentary for the Operations functions
- Support the Planning & Projects Manager in the development of budgets, monthly forecasts, and Corporate Plan
- Complete analysis and provide insights on key drivers of Operations financial performance
- Provide timely and accurate tracking of capex spend
- Provide accurate and value adding ad-hoc analysis to support the Operations teams
- Support the Planning & Projects Manager in financial modelling and commercial analysis on capex projects, major contracts and initiatives
- Working with the wider Operations teams to ensure strategic and commercial thinking is applied to all business matters

**What we’re looking for**

Experience within the fashion/ garment/ retail industry desirable but not essential, You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:

- Experience in delivering business analytics in a complex environment to identify business opportunities/ challenges and recommend alternate actions
- Proficient with excel for data analysis and reporting
- Relevant Bachelors Degree or CA/CPA qualified
- Experience in commercial partnering, working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders
- Highly organised individual - accurate, focused and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- PowerPoint & Presenting skills
- Strong interpersonal aptitude and confident communicator
- Strong analytical and numeric skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
