About The Role Reporting to the CFO, this is a commercially focused Analyst/ Management Accounting position, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys partnering with operational teams.
You'll be a key driver in financial planning, cost analysis, and performance reporting, working closely with key stakeholders to optimise profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities Partner with the CFO and department leaders to provide meaningful commercial insights.
Develop financial models and support budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
Analyse production and warehouse data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Perform detailed margin, pricing, and cost-benefit analysis.
Oversee product costing and inventory valuation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and mentor two team members across accounts receivable and costing.
Contribute to the month-end close process and internal/external financial reporting.
Play an active role in developing business cases and scenario planning for new initiatives.
The Successful Candidate Will Have3+ years' experience in a management accounting or Analyst role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG.
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, with CA/CPA status (or working towards).
Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge and influence.
