**About the opportunity**
- At C&K Kedron Childcare Centre, _we are housed in a purpose-built facility which accommodates children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years. As a home away from home, our environment provides feelings of being safe, secure and supported while in the care of our qualified educators. Our service has a combination of age-based rooms and welcoming spaces that provide opportunities for a variety of ages to interact. We also offer a unique outdoor environment with large natural play spaces. We encourage the care of our natural world through teaching responsibility and sustainability practices.
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Lead Educator to join our team. As an experienced, warm and passionate Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community to contribute
You will be working on a permanent full-time basis, 38 hours per week. We are looking for an educator who can be flexible, and work shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm on rotating roasters.

**About you**
An experienced early childhood Educator, you will be energetic, fun, passionate and committed to supporting and guiding children’s learning and development. You will have the following:
- Diploma qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
- Previous experience working with children
- Passion for creating and delivering a simulating learning environment
- An understanding of the provision of a safe, well planned indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Skilled with documenting observations of children's behaviour and development, in the form of learning stories
- An ability to implement a planned program, in collaboration with the Room Leader ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met
