**About the opportunity**
At **_C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre_**, we cater for 150 children, operating from the hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm. We are proud of our home-like atmosphere which creates and maintains a warm and relaxed care environment, providing nurturing and rich relationships between our educators and families. We pride ourselves on creating a play-based learning environment and program that is developed in collaboration with children, families and the community.
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated **_Group Leader_** to join our team in the Nursery. As an experienced, warm and passionate Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community to contribute.

**About you**
An experienced early childhood Educator, you will be energetic, fun, passionate and committed to supporting and guiding children’s learning and development. You will have the following:
- Diploma qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
- Previous experience working with children
- Passion for creating and delivering a simulating learning environment
- An understanding of the provision of a safe, well planned indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Skilled with documenting observations of children's behaviour and development, in the form of learning stories
- An ability to implement a planned program, in collaboration with the Assistant Educator, ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met
