**Admin Support**

**Signage Manufacturing Business - Marrickville, NSW**

We're a busy signage manufacturing company looking for an organised, reliable, and hands-on **Admin Support** to join our team.

You’ll work closely with our Production Scheduler to keep projects moving, suppliers in check, and the office running smoothly.

This is a key support role for someone who thrives on variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project & Production Support**
- Answer office phone and manage basic enquiries
- Order materials for jobs and assist with delivery coordination
- Unpack and check deliveries (e.g. signage stock, materials)
- Perform stock takes of regular/key materials
- Booking courier jobs and labelling deliveries
- Sending invoices & photos of completed installations to clients
- Project scheduling support
- Issuing induction links to staff before install dates

**Admin & Office Tasks**
- Organise grocery and office supply orders (budget provided)
- Coordinate minor office tasks, cleaners, errands, and reminders
- Source new or one-off suppliers for specialty jobs
- Assist with packaging or job preparation tasks as needed
- Support business owner with odd jobs / personal admin
- Assist in tracking payments and following up on basic account queries
- Support with basic digital admin tasks

With the right guidance, you’ll gradually take over or assist with:

- Client liaison
- Support production scheduling by uploading orders into ClickUp (scheduling software)
- Software management (Xero, Clickup, Timecloud)
- Gain experience in project workflows from quote approval to install
- Learn our signage design software

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Great attention to detail and common sense
- Confident communicator - written and verbal
- Enjoys task-based work and ticking off a to-do list
- Physically capable of lifting light deliveries, moving boxes etc
- Proactive and resourceful

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
