**The Company**

This innovative and community-minded Not-for-profit organization seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the non-profit sector and make a difference in their community, Ideally with a passion for recycling and environmental improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and other general office duties
- Assisting with office tasks and mailouts
- Coordinating meetings and appointments,
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
- Liaising with external stakeholders including donors, volunteers, and community members
- Data/ invoice entry into the zero

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would be highly regarded
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software and either experience in or a willingness to learn Zero
- Passion for the not-for-profit sector and a desire to make a difference in the community
