Are you an experienced Administrator passionate about supporting culturally diverse communities?

This is a front of house role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, staff, and stakeholders, greeting visitors, managing enquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Your work will be essential to the smooth running of our programs and services, and your friendly, professional presence will help set the tone for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, staff, and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage phone and email enquiries professionally
  • Provide admin support to Program Managers and the CEO
  • Maintain internal systems (e.g. SharePoint, Visicase)
  • Assist with onboarding staff to IT systems and tools
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and catering
  • Support procurement, ordering, and financial reconciliations
  • Help organise events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Ensure office and meeting spaces are clean and presentable
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administration (NGO, government, or corporate)
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
  • Able to work independently and in diverse teams
