The Role:
We’re seeking a creative and versatile Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of marketing activities, helping to craft compelling content and visuals, execute campaigns, and grow Blinq’s presence across various channels. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing skills and make a real impact in a fast-growing company.

**What you will do**:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, social media assets, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content for Blinq’s social platforms to build engagement and expand our audience.
- Campaign Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse content and design performance, iterating based on insights to optimise strategies.
- Collaborations: Work with external designers, photographers, or agencies when needed to expand Blinq’s creative capabilities.

**What we look for in you**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, graphic design, digital marketing or related fields
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma for graphic design
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing your creative work
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs) and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow)
- Experience with social media platforms and tools
- Bonus: Knowledge of SaaS or app-based business models
