PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy and delivering medical educational tools designed to support healthcare professionals. You will be tasked with supporting the development of marketing and sales collateral, implementing email marketing and managing cross-functional feedback. You will focus on translating clinical material into targeted and impactful campaigns and content that resonate with our stakeholders. This role will focus on supporting our marketing function in developing, executing and monitoring performance of these tools across multiple channels both digitally and physically. 

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Marketing Associate will be a pivotal team-player. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys the challenge of translating complex scientific content into compelling, digestible content that excites and educates our audience. 

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution:
Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Support distributor campaigns and promotions as required.

Content Developmen
t: Create and manage educational materials such as brochures, presentations, email marketing, ensuring compliance with industry regulation.

Digital Marketing
: Manage Kind email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement.

Event Management
: Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, webinars, and product launches, including vendor relations and on-site support.

Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks such as meeting minutes, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.

EXPERIENCE AND KEY CRITERIA

• Proven experience in a marketing role (minimum 2-4 years) ideally in a similar industry (Health, Wellness, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or similar), or in a high-growth business setting.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of content marketing strategies and digital marketing.
• Graphic design capabilities of some level, familiar with Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Good sense for reviewing and evaluating design, layout and presentation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• Deep interest in or understanding of cannabis medicines preferred.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residence is a requirement for this role.
