Marketing Associate

As a skilled and proactive Marketing Associate you will join our dynamic team working alongside three skilled and professional marketers. We are seeking someone who can complement our exciting team and champion all things communication, conference and event management.

This role will join part of our local marketing team and in time may have the opportunity to contribute to broader global marketing initiatives. We like to work collaboratively and support each other in all that we do.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Deliver key marquee company events including Super Fund of the Year Awards, Fund Manager of the Year Awards and the Fund Manager Update according to the individual event plans. Deliver other business events according to brief, as required.
- Coordinate the delivery of product and promotional campaigns to all audiences.
- Coordinate the delivery of digital marketing communications via Hubspot, as per the company-wide communications schedule.
- Coordinate and promote the communications activity calendar. Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of scheduled events and associated timings.
- Provide design and visual identity management support to the business including PPT layout and design, and design of marketing collateral. Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional items as required.
- Coordinate all external sponsorships and presence at industry events, with guidance from the marketing team on requirements and timing.
- In consultation with SMEs, maintain and update Zenith and Chant West public websites.

**To join us you will need the following experience and skills**:

- You must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or Communications.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You must have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar marketing associate/specialist/executive role.
- You must have experience working in complex operating environments and will ideally have worked within financial services, or highly regulated industries.
- You will have a passion for your craft, a 'can do' attitude and a hunger to learn continuously
- You must have advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- You will ideally have knowledge and experience working with HubSpot, InDesign/Adobe creative Suite or other similar digital marketing tools.
- You will have the ability to work independently and take ownership of your own workload.
- You will be a team player who can communicate and work effectively with all stakeholders at all levels.
- You must have excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
