**Work.**Do you have a passion for providing efficient, effective and professional support? Come and join Sunwater as our Property Coordinator in the Corporate Services team in this 12-month fixed term opportunity (with the potential for extension) where you will provide assistance to the Property Services team and the Business in attending to property matters and general enquiries relating to Sunwater’s property portfolio. You will also:

- Prepare Controlled Document templates for review, management approved property precedents, liaise with Quality Assurance to have documents approved and uploaded to the property intranet site or Sunwater webpage
- Review Title registry documents for correctness, management of document stamping and registration in Titles Queensland

We are seeking an individual with 3+ years experience in a property officer or similar role, with demonstrated ability to use GIS mapping systems and good knowledge of the use of Queensland Globe and GeoRes systems. You will have tertiary qualifications in a property related discipline or related experience in property services or property management and have familiarisation in identifying and dealing with different types of land tenure. In addition, you will have:

- **Excellent Communication Skills** - high level communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on maintaining confidentiality, integrity, tact and ethical conduct
- **Strong Technical** **Skills**- experience in the use of property related systems (i.e. property information management systems, SAP & GIS system)
- **Problem Solving Skills**- demonstrated initiative and ability to act decisively to resolve problems resourcefully to achieve desired outcomes

This is a **12-month fixed term opportunity (with the potential for extension)** and is available for an immediate start. We have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role offers:

- Attractive base salary starting from** $97,421.48**(for a standard 38 hr week)
