**About the role**

As a National Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of pallets and other freight unit load devices (ULD) utilised in our network.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Prepare hired and owned equipment reports for Snr Mgrs.
- Support the operational execution of pallets and cages.
- Promote an organisational culture which recognises the value of hired and owned equipment and equipment control.

**Experience Required**
- Experience managing and influencing others to business goals where no direct reporting line exists.
- Excellent communication skills: analysis, reports, presentation and training.
- Previous equipment control experience, including CHEP/Loscam account reconciliation.
- 2IC System experience advantageous.
