Positioned for continued success and ongoing growth, this challenging, unique role has recently become available, based at their Adelaide HO at Gepps Cross.

This key position will see the incumbent assume WHS leadership for the business, providing advice, guidance and a consistent approach, championing the deployment of WHS Improvement initiatives and progress across multiple sites, on a national basis. With a key remit focused on driving change, you will review existing WHS systems and Hazard Management plans, providing support and recommendation across all levels of the organisation. Working closely with State Management teams, you will play an instrumental role in utilising your WHS management methodologies and frameworks to drive safe business practices on a national scale. Make no mistake, this opportunity requires the incumbent to pioneer and facilitate a genuine “step change” in safety culture.

Accordingly, for this unique and sought-after role, we are targeting a tertiary qualified, confident and engaging WHS professional, possessing demonstrable expertise in the operational and strategic delivery of safety planning. The capacity to manage multiple, competing responsibilities at one time will be second nature, complimenting a collaborative, inclusive approach, with the ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience gained within engineering and/or manufacturing environments is preferred. This exciting position, with an indisputable, market leader, will certainly appeal to an individual “at the top of their game”.
