**What you will be doing**

We have an opportunity for a passionate registered nurse to join Homage as a Care Specialist on a part time basis.

The Care Specialist is part of the Care Operations and Quality team to plan, organise and direct home care services. As an experienced nurse, with experience in community health and education, you will be providing support to internal teams following up on complex requests and providing suitable advice.
- Oversee all clinical, safety and quality aspects of care delivery;
- Assist in the recruitment and documentation of carers and nurses;
- In person care assessment for complex visit requests;
- Supervise our care professionals while delivering care;
- Ensure overall customer experience is seamless and of high quality.

**Skills you bring to the table.**
- 5-7 years experience in nursing, home care is preferred but not essential;
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and in consultation with the Operations team implement solutions.
- Ability to operate independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to make a big and positive impact.
- Valid drivers licence and ability to commute to appointments.
