Founded in 2007, from what started as small crew of shutdown specialists, and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,400 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we have the opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Operations team, on a full-time permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5pm and every second Saturday from 8:00am to 1pm, this position is based at out Perth CBD office.

**THE ROLE**

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a positive and friendly attitude, advising staff members of their arrival
- Raising and issuing purchase orders using PRONTO & updating relevant systems
- Assisting with AOD screen processing
- Coordinating and managing office & team processes, including visitor registrations, mail, couriers and other office resources
- Data entry and document uploading
- Managing and maintaining office areas, meeting rooms, and equipment
- Other administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1 + years' experience working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Available to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday 8am to 1pm
- A well-presented, ‘people person,’ who enjoys communicating in a friendly and professional manner
- Be highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Able to maintain important levels of confidentiality
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
- Mining Industry knowledge or experience is advantageous but not essential
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
