This boutique finance company is in search for their new full-time receptionist to join their growing team.

**Your new role**

As a receptionist you will oversee the day to day smooth running of the office. You will assist staff members with some general administration tasks when required. Main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switch board and fulfilling front of house duties such as but not limited to:

- Maintaining front of house upkeep
- Ordering stationery and staff amenities
- Booking appointments

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar industry as a receptionist is essential to your success. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service as well as working on a busy switch board. Your can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously will lead to your success.
