Seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join a finance team in Subiaco | Permanent role
**Your new company**
A well-establish financial advisory firm based in Subiaco, is on the hunt for an experienced and professional Receptionist to provide fantastic service to clients whilst simultaneously supporting the wider team. This position requires you to work on full-time hours, engaging you on a permanent basis and offering lots of great company benefits.
**Your new role**
As the leading Receptionist you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact on behalf of the business, greeting clients and supporting their needs. In addition, you will be responsible for;
- Looking after clients upon visiting the office, providing them with tea, coffee and water as desired
- Organising and managing room bookings and appointments for staff
- Overseeing front office reception area and general meeting rooms, ensuring they are neat and tidy at all times
- Monitoring office stationery and kitchen supplies, ordering stock as required
- General adhoc office tasks including scanning, filing, emptying the dishwasher and more.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you must have previously worked in a similar position, with exposure working as a Receptionist. In addition you will display;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong IT skills with experience using MS Office Word and Outlook
- An excellent team player attitude as well as the ability to work autonomously
