Based in Perth CBD, this organisation is looking for their next receptionist to join them on an ongoing basis.
**Your new company**

**Your new role**
In this role you will be providing reception cover form 8:30-5:00. You will provide reception duties by answering the telephone, greeting clients and guests and receiving all packages coming into the office. Your responsibilities as a receptionist will look like the following:

- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Responsible for all incoming ad outgoing mail and logging it through the appropriate system
- Organising couriers as and when required
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and passing on relevant messages
- Prepare cove letters for all ATO mail
- Maintaining grocery sticks
- Maintaining reception area and kitchenette
- Maintaining the boardroom and the schedule of various boardrooms and meeting rooms
- Scanning and filing confidential documents when required

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered as this organisation's next receptionist, you will have the following:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or concierge assistant
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong customer skills
- Excellent IT skills
