Seeking an experienced administrator to manage front reception and support a team based in West Perth

**Your new company**
A global software company based in West Perth, are seeking a professional and experienced receptionist to greet their clients and support the team. This position is being offered as a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary package on offer. Ideally this client requires someone available to start immediately.

**Your new role**
As the receptionist you are responsible for front-of-house duties including:

- Managing a busy phone line using a switchboard, redirecting calls as required
- Booking of appointments and meetings
- Managing adhoc requests given by the managing director as required
- General administration duties including data entry, filing and invoicing.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have had some experience as a receptionist, as well as demonstrate competence in:

- Knowledge of office equipment including scanning and printing
- Basic IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
- Fantastic organisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
