**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist to champion delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Based at our Forrest Hall office (close to UWA), the Receptionist will join the wider Front Office Team, working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. From time to time, this role will support the team at Head Office at The Swan. Both offices are high end, offering an incredible workspace environment.

Duties & responsibilities include:

- Welcoming all visitors and ensuring they are well looked after including offering tea/ coffee and organising meeting lunches etc.
- Screening and maintaining a busy switchboard in a professional manner.
- Adhering to all our workplace security measures including managing visitor logs, issuing, and checking identification.
- Managing and scheduling all meeting room bookings.
- Ordering stationery, kitchen supplies and office supplies as required.
- Maintaining a presentable office.

**Qualifications**:
You will have proven experience as a Receptionist, comfortable and familiar with working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Your excellent communication skills, adaptable approach, administration expertise, and efficient organisation skills are essential to your success.

Experience in hospitality would be of benefit as we often host guests in our business where there would be tea/lunch service.

In addition, you are a people person, with impeccable personal presentation, who enjoys the variety the role of a receptionist provides, approaching all guests with professionalism.
