**Description**:
**Role responsibilities**:
Create and further develop strong professional relationships with our existing clients to preserve retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key target markets
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns to generate opportunities
Identify and attend networking events to explore previously untapped market opportunities, maximising new client acquisition
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects
Monitor and act upon changing industry trends and competitor activities
**Skills and Experiences**:

Proven experience in sales or business development in both a B2B and B2C environment, highly advantageous
Previous experience or exposure to food services and products
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives through to fruition
Passion for innovation, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and platforms
