Forsight was established in 1978 by a group of parents and teachers wanting to ensure their children had a pathway to independent living as young adults and beyond. Their mission has expanded to include people with a range of sensory impairments and additional disabilities, now supporting a growing number of clients in homes throughout Greater Sydney. The dedication from parents and teachers remains at the epicentre for Forsight.
**The Opportunity**
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this individual will provide leadership and guidance to a team of three Support Coordinators and one Client Experience Coordinator. With a focus on increasing client intake for the organisation and providing end-to-end client experience, this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to develop and establish the Client Experience team.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Client Experience, the Client Experience Manager will;
- Coordinate all enquiries and the intake process for Supported Independent Living homes;
- Mentor and develop Support Coordinators to provide an exceptional service;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver plans;
- Deliver presentations to referrers and attend networking events.
**About You**
- Experience in a leadership capacity within the Disability sector;
- An ability to identify opportunities for continued growth, innovation and sustainability;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
