**About the Client**
Our client is a leading residential construction group in Australia. They manage the entire process of land acquisition, administration, and construction to deliver a seamless solution, allowing their Sales Teams to solely focus on advising and selling to their clients. Our client is a fast-growing business, and they are looking for a Client Success Manager with the right attitude and ambition to grow professionally and support the business expansion.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking a
**Client Success Manager **that will be responsible to maintain/improve relationship with clients and maintaining current sales volumes through exceptional customer service and expanding residential sales by developing new partnerships. The Client Success Manager will also be responsible for enhancing B2B partners' convenience through the development of proptech platforms.

The Client Success Manager will directly report to Head of Acquisitions & Development and the job is in Parramatta CBD, New South Wales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for customer service with B2B partners to drive residential investment sales.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as sales partners, investment advisories, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and real estate agents to drive investment sale referrals.
- Liaise with internal teams including acquisitions and research, contracts, and building company to ensure seamless coordination and efficient processes.
- Handle objections with B2B partners to drive residential investment sales.
- Manage digital media and EDM communication to new and existing B2B partners to drive residential investment sales.
- Communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee the admin team for contracts management of land and build contracts.
- Utilize CRM systems, with HubSpot experience being a bonus.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate and/or Construction industry.
- Sales mindset for objection handling and driving new business sales.
- Ability to balance sales focus with customer service focus.
- Strong customer service skills and mindset.
- Driven by results, with the personal drive to forge growth and success for the business.
- Enjoys building long term client relationships through regular account meetings and helping clients to get the most from the client solutions and services.
- Has a proven track record building growth and great relationships within client portfolios.
- Immaculate presentation skills, attention to details and strong networking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Effective communication skills.
- Empathetic approach towards customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
