**Kemps Creek Sporting & Bowling Club** is a medium sized Club located between Penrith and Liverpool and provides a fun and friendly atmosphere for members and staff alike.

We are looking for people who want to be **recognized** for the work they do **and be part of something BIGGER**

The Club is looking for an experienced Permanent Club Supervisor with exceptional customer service skills and a flexible approach to their roster to join the team and lead the staff. The roster is across 7 days and rotates through weekdays and weekends to provide everyone with flexibility. There will be plenty of opportunity to further develop your skills and build your knowledge within this PPT role

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service to our members and their guests
- Ensuring the Club is operating above set standard
- Bar & Gaming Services
- Leading and coordinating staff in an efficient and effective manner
- Banking tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the cleanliness of the trading areas
- Work a rotating roster that includes days, nights and weekends

To be considered for this role you will:

- Hold RSA & RCG Competency Cards
- Be TAB certified (AML/CTF)
- Possess sound supervisory experience - a MUST
- Demonstrate leadership in a positive and supportive way
- Be a team player, and be open minded to freely discuss daily running of the Club to Senior Management
- Have hands-on gaming knowledge/experience
- Have experience with Jensens POS an advantage
- Be well groomed and professional
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to make confident decisions
- Be responsible, level-headed and focused on getting the job done
- Demonstrate initiative and a desire to find solutions, not point out problems
- Be able to delegate and address positive or negative performance when necessary
- Take a hands-on approach to the job and lead by example
- Have the ability to understand, deliver and enforce policies and procedures
- Possess knowledge and experience in gaming, beverage, Keno and TAB
- Possess experience in cash handling
- Must have own transport

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
