St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has positions available for Gaming Supervisors.

Reporting to the Duty Managers and Gaming Coordinator, the Gaming Supervisor will oversee the total operational needs of the Gaming Department.

**Main responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Identify, resolve and respond to disputes and customers complaints in Gaming following club procedures and policies.
- Ensuring gaming floor cleanliness and impeccable presentation are maintained at all times.
- A professional yet hands-on approach supervising the Gaming staff and leading by example.
- Ensure a high level of customer experience is being delivered at all times.
- Operational control of the gaming floor and gaming related areas.
- Monitoring of all Gaming equipment and assisting the Gaming Coordinator for machine acquisition, replacement and moves.
- Liaison between staff and management.
- A great team player with leadership qualities
- Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Customer service focused
- To be available to work a rotating roster which may include early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekend and public holidays
- Be a permanent resident or Citizenship in Australia
- Previous experience in gaming highly regarded, but not essential
- Current RSA & RCG Licence
