Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.- The Opportunity- This role is based at our DC in Creastmead. This role will be Monday to Friday with ideal working hours 8am - 4pm however there would be some flexibility around this.**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control.
- Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
- Lead and developing a high performing team
- Work effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
- Support excellence in customer service
- Promote a safety first environment and ensure all incidents are accurately reported
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes
