**The Role**
The Business Manager COS NHQ is responsible to manage and provide support to ensure compliance and sound governance of COS NHQ business and administration functions. The position will support the delivery of the Chief of Staff Navy Headquarters business, Office of the Chief of Navy and Navy Headquarters Registry services, security and administration and management functions. Additionally, the Business Manager will support the functions of Navy Head Resident Unit Manager for Russell Offices and Anzac Park West, Security Officer Navy Headquarters, and be a Records Management Advisor for Chief of Staff Navy Headquarters.

The role will be responsible for supporting the establishment of the Navy Headquarters Registry aligned with the Defence Records Management Policy.

**About our Team**
The functions performed by the COS NHQ Business Team directly contribute to "Outcome 5 Provide the required enablers and oversight to achieve Navy outcomes". There is a strong focus on governance, compliance, risk management, security and assurance.
