**The Role**
Are you looking for a leadership opportunity in a fast-paced unit that delivers big platforms but isn’t afraid of a little fun?

Uniquely, while the position is located within FAMSPO, the services you manage are delivered across our Branch Executive as well as AIR555, both within the Airlift & Tanker Systems Branch in Canberra, giving insight into the operations of a branch executive, a project and a SPO.

What will you actually do? As an EL1 Business Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of activities including:

- Workforce management and planning;
- Operational budget management;
- WHS;
- Unit security;
- Data integrity;
- Reporting; and
- Governance and assurance activities.

Underpinning all of these activities is communication. You will be the conduit that drives efficient business processes, effective governance, practical compliance, and most importantly, a respectful, productive and fun workplace. As such, you will be practicing your amazing people management skills daily.

**About our Team**
Future Air Mobility Systems Program Office (FAMSPO) is one of Aerospace Systems Division’s ‘Future-Series SPOs’ and is responsible for the acquisition of air mobility capabilities that support combat, humanitarian, diplomatic and peace-keeping operations. As a matrixed organisation, we are structured by functions, and this role leads and manages the Corporate Performance and Decision Support functions.
