We’re now looking for an experienced and driven Sales Professional to take ownership of sales success across two flagship Sydney communities — Cardinal Freeman in Epping and our brand-new Castle Hill development launching in early 2026.
If you’re a confident property professional with a strong background in off-the-plan residential or development sales, this is your chance to represent premium, architect-designed communities and help residents start the next chapter of their lives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full customer journey, from enquiry through to settlement, with warmth, insight and commercial focus.
- Drive enquiry conversion and achieve strong sales results in line with village targets.
- Build authentic relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through a trusted sales process.
- Partner with marketing, development and operations teams to bring Levande’s new communities to life.

What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of success in off-the-plan, project or residential development sales.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Professional presentation, commercial acumen and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience ideal).
- Real estate licence or relevant qualification.
