The Team Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day to day business requirements and providing support a group of successful Recruitment Consultants

**Responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Assisting a successful team of up to 8
- Assist with document preparation, reviewing, formatting and editing with exceptional attention to detail
- Running reports and putting together meeting packs.
- Timesheet chasing
- Monthly expenses
- Drafting & posting job ads, & maintaining our ads on job boards
- Formatting and proof reading documents.
- General administration for the team
- Reception Cover
- Adhoc duties

**Essential**
- Great team player also great at working autonomously
- Initiative and can think outside the box
- Solid administrative skills and a high attention to detail
