**What is unique about you?**:
This role will be working in tandem with another Team Assistant, together you will collaborate to successfully manage a high-volume task load and work as a supportive duo. This hybrid Front of House and Team Assistant role will allow you to showcase your excellent communication and customer service skills as you interact with all colleagues, clients and visitors. As someone who is an avid learner and confident in your ability to take on new tasks, you can ask the right questions and think logically to take ownership across a variety of business and personal administrative requests. Due to the nature of information you will be trusted with, Integrity, discretion and professionalism are essential attributes to thrive in this role. Having a driving license will be crucial to efficiently completing an array of personal tasks and business needs. Lastly, your friendly and charming nature will see you create strong relationships with all colleagues and become a key member of this business.
**A snapshot of your role**:
- Take ownership over personal errands for the directors such as catering and refreshment orders, purchasing gifts, tailoring, and dry-cleaning requests and other ad hoc needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by and perform front of house duties including, welcoming clients, ensuring security processes are followed, setting up meeting rooms and ordering office stationery
- Assist with the organisation of corporate events, managing invitations and RSVPs and assisting the Business Manager
- Work on administrative tasks and research projects for specialists including formatting documents, creating presentations, and reviewing packs
