**A snapshot of your role.**:

- Coordinate all logistics for internal meetings including meeting objectives, agendas, packs and any catering requirements
- Assist the finance team with raising purchase orders, invoices and account set-up-related queries
- Oversee the organisation and running of internal company events, communication via stakeholders and any related marketing materials required
- Be on hand to assist with any ad-hoc operational administration tasks and projects
