Capability Partner

**About the Role**
BOQ Group is undergoing a significant transformation to enhance customer experience through new products, services, and digital banking platforms. Join us as a Capability Partner - Transformation Projects on a 12-month maximum term contract.
You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our frontline teams to confidently adopt change and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Capability Manager - Transformation Projects, you’ll be responsible for scoping, designing, building, and delivering learning curriculums and support tools that embed new skills, systems, and behaviours.
You’ll collaborate closely with change managers and capability leaders to ensure learning experiences are timely, effective, and aligned with transformation goals.
**About you**
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-driven environment and loves turning complex transformation goals into engaging, effective learning experiences. You’ve spent a few years designing and delivering learning programs that actually stick—whether that’s through eLearning, simulations, videos, or hands-on tools that support people on the job.
You’re confident facilitating sessions, whether in a digital classroom or face-to-face, and you know how to tailor your approach to suit different audiences. Tools like Articulate 360, Canva, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office are second nature to you, and you’re always looking for creative ways to make learning more accessible and impactful.
You’re also a natural collaborator—someone who can consult with stakeholders, juggle multiple priorities, and still deliver high-quality work with mínimal supervision. If you’ve got experience in home lending or working with frontline teams, that’s a big plus. But most importantly, you’re resilient, resourceful, and ready to help people embrace change with confidence.
