We are seeking a Performance Leadership and Capability Consultant to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

In the position of Performance, Leadership and Capability Senior Consultant, your expertise in designing and delivering bespoke interventions builds capability and capacity, engages and empowers our people, especially our leaders, and fosters a positive culture of aspiration, inclusion and psychological safety. Responsible for designing and delivering people programs, especially in the area of leadership, team development, performance and career development, organisational culture and transformation, and capability development. You will lead, provide expert advice, manage projects & work collaboratively to enable the achievement of the Universities strategic priorities along with specific client needs.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards postgraduate qualifications) in organisational development, organisational psychology, human resources or a related area with extensive relevant experience.
- Applied expertise in organisational culture, engagement and surveys; team effectiveness and performance; leadership capability and assessment (including 360-degree surveys); organisational transformation and change management in large and complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience scoping, designing and delivering people programs and projects for diverse clients and organisational areas, including within teams, large departments/portfolios and enterprise-wide.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to coach, partner, advise, advocate and influence leaders, including senior and executive managers, and teams experiencing conflict.
- Exceptional facilitation and project management skills underpinned by highly effective formal written communication, a pragmatic outcomes focus, personal adaptability and initiative.
