Brisbane, Australia Bank of Queensland Full time

**About the Role**
BOQ Group is on a transformative journey to strengthen our Financial Crime risk and compliance practices. As a Capability Partner - Risk and Compliance, you’ll play a pivotal role in uplifting the technical, professional, and behavioural capabilities of our Line 1 and Line 2 teams. Embedded within our AML Program, you’ll partner across workstreams to scope, design, and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower our people to confidently manage risk and drive exceptional outcomes.

You’ll lead training needs analysis, shape learning strategies, and build engaging content across multiple formats—from eLearning and simulations to classroom and on-the-job tools. Your work will directly support change adoption and capability uplift across the enterprise.
**About you**
You’re someone who thrives on enabling others to succeed. You understand that great capability uplift starts with empathy, curiosity, and a sharp eye for what people really need to grow. You’ve spent time in the learning and development space—designing experiences that stick, whether it’s through digital modules, hands-on tools, or classroom sessions.

You’re comfortable navigating the world of AML, financial crime risk and compliance, and you know how to translate complex concepts into practical, engaging learning. You’re tech-savvy, with tools like Articulate 360 and video editing software in your toolkit, and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo if it means better outcomes.

You’re organised, adaptable, and consultative by nature. You ask the right questions, manage competing priorities with ease, and bring a growth mindset to everything you do. Most importantly, you care about making a real impact—on your learners, your team, and the broader organisation.
