**About the Role**
As HR Manager you will collaborate with all departments of the Company to provide accurate and timely HR advice to the CNHC management team and staff. The HR Manager will assist with industrial relations, employee relations, organisational change and development, performance management, recruitment, and HR administration initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities (not limited to)**
- Provide sound and authoritative advice across a range of employee relations issues, including performance management, employee welfare, grievances, and dispute resolution.
- Manage the HR Team and reporting on key HR metrics to support the business in achievement of KPIs and operational requirements.
- Provide accurate interpretation of enterprise agreements, awards, industrial regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
- Managing all employee lifecycle processes to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
- Assist with the implementation of new legislation, Company policies and procedures, Company values and Code of Conduct.
- Actively contribute to the development and review of HR policies and processes, pursuing and reporting services and business improvements.
- Provide support with occupational health and safety practices.
- Contribute to or lead HR projects and initiatives under the HR strategy and as otherwise required.
- Provide advice and guidance to management sand staff about classification, remuneration and employment contracts.
- Make a significant contribution to the delivery of day-to-day HR administrative services as a member of the team, including the provision of timely advice to payroll and operation of the recruitment system.
- Ensure CNHC meets all its legal HR obligations.
- Provide leadership in all HR matters and ensure they are cost-effective and aligned to the strategic and business plans.
- Provide advice and guidance to organisation users to better ensure data accuracy, compliance, and completion of reports within given timelines.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
**Desired Skills/ Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the Healthcare or In
- Home care sector
- Knowledge and experience managing a broad range of HR issues including performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, employee relations, strategic HR planning and change management.
- Proven ability to manage change in a complex work environment.
