As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and people-focused **HR & Client Service Officer** to join our in-office team in Bundoora.

**About the Role**

This is an **in-person role** based at our Bundoora office. You will support both **HR/recruitment activities** and **client service/admin functions**, helping us hire, onboard, and maintain compliance for our disability support staff while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

You’ll be at the heart of the business — coordinating staff documentation, responding to enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and team members.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in HR, recruitment, administration or client service roles
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs or internal software (training provided)
- A proactive, warm, and solution-focused attitude
- Understanding of the NDIS or willingness to learn quickly
- Must be available to work from our Bundoora office (no remote or hybrid option)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Human Resources**
- Post job ads, screen applicants, coordinate interviews
- Manage onboarding documentation (NDIS Worker Screening, ID, Police Checks, etc.)
- Track and follow up on staff compliance and induction tasks
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Liaise with leadership to support staff recruitment and retention

**Client Service & Admin**
- Prepare onboarding kits and support documentation
- Keep client and staff records updated in our software systems (Zoho and Brevity)
- Assist with admin tasks related to client onboarding and service agreements
- Support internal communication and rostering team when required

**Relationship Coordination**
- Be a reliable and approachable contact point for internal and external queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Work collaboratively with our admin, rostering, HR, and operations teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
