We can offer flexible hours of work across 5 days (Monday to Friday), full time or part time school hours. The position is situated at our Head Office, located in Forest Glen.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working as part of our HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager adn undertaking:

- end-to-end recruitment campaigns and proactive sourcing of talent, including proactive use of social media platforms
- performing pre-screening, interviews, reference checks and licence and qualification checks;
- liaising with key personnel to ascertain resource requirements.
- general HR administration and database management.

About You:
Ideally you will have experience in a similar recruitment role and demonstrate;
- Proven experience working in a recruitment / Talent Acquisition role
- Good knowledge of civil construction roles / skill requirement will be very highly regarded.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent administrative skills including MS outlook, excel and Word, with the ability to quickly pick up other internal systems
