Care Compass Collective is a small, growing disability support provider specialising in psychosocial support. We pride ourselves on building a positive, supportive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR/Admin Officer to join our team. This is primarily an administrative role, but there may be occasional opportunities to provide participant support as needed. It's perfect for someone who enjoys variety, supporting a small team, and contributing to a business that genuinely cares about its staff and participants.

What you'll do:

  • Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS and workplace regulations
  • Coordinate staff schedules, leave, and payroll support
  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures
  • Support the Director in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Occasional participant support shifts, only when required

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in HR or office administration within the NDIS or disability sector
  • Previous experience in disability support or willingness to occasionally assist participants
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business Administration, Disability Services, or equivalent
  • Certificates: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR
