Exciting opportunity to join a team in a state government department

**Administrator**

**Your new company**
Our client based in the CBD is looking for an administrator to join their team. Looking for someone to join the team for 3 months on a temporary basis.

**Your new role**
As an administrator, you will be responsible for the current job description:
Set up all documents, and materials as part of the WHS Mgmt system on SharePoint and Pulse.
- Integrating links and references to all current WHS information at each site/relevant operational area to enable ease of access to information for WA Museum staff.
- Update/format all policies, procedures, templates, forms, and renumber for appropriate document control.
- Review registers for Hazardous and dangerous chemicals; mobile, plant and equipment; Asbestos, First Aid treatment and compare to provided registers to identify areas to update and make available to sites to update as required.
- Update risk registers to required format (Excel initially and transfer to Pulse) with approved risks. Shift incorrectly listed risks to Hazards register.
- Update and make available WHS Manual, embedding links to required forms, policies, procedures, templates, and references.
- Update all learning and development/e-learning

Update all the Emergency mgmt. Plans as per recommendations from EPC provider training
- Provide administrative support for
- WHS training: booking sessions, processing payments, etc
- Drafting meeting minutes, papers, and agendas
- Formatting and editing policies procedures, forms, templates etc as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in the similar position required but also:

- Experience taking minutes
- High level initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent typing and word processing skills
- Experience using SharePoint is desirable but not essential
