In this diverse role you will support our Branch Leadership Team, provide administration and coordination support for the branch and facilitation the organisation of events. Your meticulous attention to detail, ability to juggle many things at once and strong administration skills will be highly valued as a member of our inclusive, professional Data#3 team.

Who is Data#3?

Data#3 is an ASX200 listed company reporting gross sales of over $3B in the 2025 financial year. Headquartered in Brisbane with more than 1,400 employees, we have facilities across 12 locations in Australia and Fiji.

In this role you will:

  • Provide executive support to the General Manager and leadership team
  • Manage branch administration tasks including reception duties, office coordination, and vendor liaison
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute branch events and meetings
  • Coordinate financial administration for the branch and produce monthly management reports
  • Coordinate facilities and property requirements, acting as an escalation point for property issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote and role model Data#3 culture, supporting staff and customer satisfaction
  • Support People & Culture activities for the branch
  • Support state-based marketing activities

About you

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive support to senior leaders
  • Experience coordinating branch administration, facilities management or property services
  • Proven experience organising events, meetings and staff engagement activities
  • A confident and engaging presence, able to represent the branch positively at events and contribute to a dynamic workplace culture.
  • Exposure to financial administration such as invoice processing, expense reconciliation and budget tracking.
  • Experience with MS Office suite products particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher and Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and minute-taking
  • High level of organisation and time management to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
