As the Executive Coordinator, you will be the go-to support for the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Directors, helping to streamline operations and tackle complex issues. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, organising travel, preparing high-level communications, and coordinating projects to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll need to juggle various priorities while maintaining confidentiality and using your judgment to escalate matters as needed.
You will demonstrate the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, and you'll face challenges like managing conflicting commitments and tight deadlines. Your ability to prioritise effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and stay resilient will be key. You’ll also contribute to improving administrative processes and engage with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed as you drive projects forward.
