- $160k package + discretionary bonus, Sydney CBD offices

TOM Executive is excited to be partnering with a leading Sydney-based private equity firm to find an Investor Relations Coordinator. This is a varied role which will see you support the Director of Investor Relations with high level executive support as well as help them plan future engagement with prospective investors. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of growth and the launch of a brand new fund.

**Duties**:

- Support the Director of Investor Relations in arranging meetings and calls with prospective investors and maintaining regular contact with existing investors
- Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including managing calendars, setting up meetings while ensuring key priorities are managed effectively
- Organise and coordinate international and interstate investor events including domestic and international roadshows, fund-raising and conferences
- Provide support to the Operations and Finance Team on marketing and communications
- Maintain and update the CRM with investor activity

Skills & Experience:

- Collaborative team player, adept at fostering strong stakeholder relationships with investors, executives and team members
- Experienced in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and juggling multiple priorities
- Highly organised with high level administrative skills in diary and calendar management, as well as event planning and coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Private equity or financial services background preferred
