Qualifications & experience

  • Experienced Office administrator is required. General office skills, computer and phone experience is essential, and any experience in Landscape or Hardware Supplies will be highly regarded. Excellent English is essential to this job.  Good communication and basic computer skills are imperative. Most importantly, you should bring your good nature with you and the ability to have a good day and enjoy working with your team members.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist customers (both retail and account customers) who call in to place orders.
  • Assist customers (both retail and account customers) at the front counter.
  • Process online orders and schedule the deliveries.
  • Be comfortable answering customer's questions around products, supply and delivery timelines.
  • Organising the daily/weekly delivery schedules and assisting in keeping the schedule running properly.
  • General admin work such as filing, data maintenance, account maintenance, replenishing office supplies, etc.

Work Days & Hours

  • Casual hours: shifts vary by days and times. Would prefer availability of at least 3 days per week, time availability from between 7am to 5pm, Saturday availability is necessary.
  • Will require weekend work as we are open 7 days a week. Preference given to candidates who can have previous office experience and can work flexible days/hours.
  • Office hours: Mon - Sat 6:30am to 5:00pm, Sunday 8am to 4pm.
