**A day on the job will see you**:

- Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process for the whole organisation
- Create, implement and refine onboarding policies and procedures for the business to ensure compliance
- Coordinate and seek to constantly improve the on-boarding experience for new employees
- Create contract documentation and coordinate employee documentation with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Identify growth opportunities for staff and facilitate professional learning and development
- Develop training plans for each department to ensure the smooth and efficient up-skilling of new hires
- Implement procedures to streamline internal processes
- Refine existing HR measures to support ongoing expansion of the organisation
- Advise the business on compliance and regulatory matters
- Build a team of internal specialists to further support and develop our staff during Lumination’s hypergrowth and beyond

**To impress us you’ll need**
- Degree qualified in a related field (Human Resources, management)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a People & Culture/Human Resources role
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and practices
- Demonstrated experience across all aspects of recruitment
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- High level of communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to identify development opportunities across the organisation
- Experience in organisational change management
- Strong negotiation, influencing and mediation skills
